Description:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and background in Data Science or Analytics.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, and creating SOPs.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in using process mapping and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Excellence Division at LucaNet. This division includes Customer Success, Technical & Professional Services, and Support. In this role, you will analyze processes and metrics, implement strategies to improve efficiency, and create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for a problem solver who is passionate about operational excellence and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Analyze current processes, performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Set up a robust monitoring and track efficiency improvements.
- Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and SOPs.
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
