What will you do

Key Responsibilities. This critical role is responsible for leading our core customer strategy for Germany Grocery Channel customers. Translating our brand and shopper strategy, you will lead a team to create overall joint value for our customers whilst maximizing our revenue and profit ambitions.

  • Overall Revenue and Profit responsibility for Customer Group EDEKA, REWE and RTG Groups.
  • Develop best in class customer strategy in line with our Kenvue Go To Market ambition to achieve and exceed our revenue and profit ambitions. Collaborating with your Customer Shopper and Commercial Excellence colleagues, you will identify best practices in RGM and in Perfect Store and implement with excellence to support your execution of Joint Business Plans.
  • You will be an outstanding partner for your customers, as you will be a lead contact for business planning and annual negotiations.
  • Outstanding team leadership. Coach and develop a team of customer development managers (KAMS) in line with our Kenvue values and develop a strong pipeline of talent.

Qualifications
What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of Customer Development, with a proven track record of sales development. Strong experience in annual negociation and in Value realization are essential as is experience in German retail environment
  • Successfully completed university studies in economics or business administration
  • Values-based leadership, especially in terms of integrity, transparency and trust
  • Agility, ownership and a hunger to win: You enjoy identifying and taking ownership of opportunities and challenges. You work in an agile way and independent to ensure success. You have a strong penchant for collaboration and cross-functional ways of working
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoyment of creative tasks and willingness to innovate
  • Outside in Mindset. Your approach is shaped by external environment
  • Excellent in shaping ways of working and in senior stakeholder management
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven experience in people management and leadership
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
