Responsibilities:

Situated at the iconic Parliament House in the heart of the CBD, the Senior Customer Service Officer has oversight of the operations of the Parliament’s Dining Rooms, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to all patrons.
Supervising employees and agency personnel, this role provides support, instruction and on-the-job training. Working collaboratively with the Customer Service Coordinator, Manager, Executive Chef and Functions and Events Coordinator, the Senior Customer Service Officer ensures day-to-day service delivery, staffing requirements and administrative processes are managed and maintained effectively.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role sits within a tight-knit, professional team who share a passion and commitment for showcasing locally grown produce to offer a quality experience to all guests of Parliament House.
