Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consult with internal teams on the integration of LLM features into our existing product suite.
- Understand customer business use cases and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Produce high quality code according to design specifications.
- Engage in prompt engineering to design efficient and effective prompts for various LLM applications.
- Conduct data analysis and utilize data science techniques to derive actionable insights for our clients and improve data quality.
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops for both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to communicate customer feedback and inform future product enhancements
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of white papers, case studies, and other content that showcases the potential and results of our LLM integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during client presentations and demos
