Description:

CR2 is a global provider of banking software solutions for the ATM, Cards, Internet, POS, SMS and Mobile Banking Channels. CR2 is actively seeking to employ talented, resourceful, and exceptional professionals to work as Senior Customer Support Engineers.
The senior customer support engineer will ensure that all customer support queries are responded to efficiently, and in a professional manner.
Dynamic, motivated individual and an excellent communicator, who can adapt easily to managing various tasks and requirements. Plays a key role in ensuring customer delight with the CR2 product set.

What will you be doing:

  • Management of customer experience with CR2’s existing product suite
  • Respond proactively to the evolving customer needs
  • Establish a strong relationship with key customer stakeholders in both technical and business roles and at all levels in the companyProvide technical advice to the account management team

What will you bring to CR2:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related IT/IS field. Candidates with Business degrees with a high proportion of IT skills will also be acceptable
  • Proven relationship management experience and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all external and internal stakeholders
  • Minimum of 3 years working in application support
  • Ability to work on customer sites either alone or as part of a team is essential
  • Hands-on experience in Windows/UNIX Servers will be advantageous
  • Good knowledge of database concepts and design, especially related to ORACLE will be advantageous
  • Hands-on experience supporting Internet and Mobile Banking applications. (Desirable)
  • Strong technical ability and a comprehensive understanding of Retail Banking Applications (Desirable)
