THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Analyst at 3Shape, you’ll be an important part of leveraging data to unlock opportunities, create efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable insights that directly impact organizational goals. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects, leading the charge in harnessing data to ensure business growth.

AS A KEY PLAYER IN OUR TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Comprehensive Analytics: Conduct in-depth cross-source analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing holistic overviews of key performance indicators and data flows.
Strategic Insight Generation: Elevate analysis to a strategic level, providing actionable insights that inform and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Project Leadership: Facilitate end-to-end analytics projects, from data collection and cleansing to analysis and presentation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of insights.
Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into insightful approaches, and deliver impactful insights that promote business value.
Data Visualization: Develop comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
