SENIOR DATA ANALYST – EASYJET HOLIDAYS

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Technology Team at easyJet Holidays to help deliver Data Analytics solutions and provide recommendations that enhance new and existing business processes. Your work will include end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics works carried out by the Data and MI team, ensuring the most appropriate Data Analytics solutions are identified and delivered, and providing recommendations in terms of tools, capabilities and best practices to help optimise the performance of the Data and MI Team.
The role reports into the easyJet holidays Senior Data Analytics Manager. The Data and MI team works closely with internal stakeholders on multiple transformation projects and is responsible for developing innovative bespoke solutions to complex business problems.
As Senior Data Analyst, you will mentor junior members of the team and manage their day-to-day activities on complex projects, helping to upskill them and ensure excellent standards are maintained. This will include cascading strategic requirements to junior team members, defining clear objectives and ensuring the team have the necessary tools and knowledge to meet their objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

We are looking for somebody with strong analytical and quantitative skills and demonstrated experience of using data and analytics to drive business decisions in a commercial setting. You’ll need to have experience of using SQL to an advanced level, experience with ETL/ELT tooling (such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, dbt etc), and good knowledge of the AWS stack, including Redshif, and of business intelligence/data visualisation tools (such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI). Finally, we’d love it if you have experience with Salesforce (but it’s not essential).
