ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can lead analytics for our function. You will use Grafana as a platform to produce analytics about the Grafana Open Source community and communicate publicly about the results. Everything we do in developer advocacy is public, and we want you to talk about your work.
Internally, we want to better understand how users learn & progress through our software, and we use our own stack to get that done, as well as to teach others how to do similar things. This role will partner closely with our self-serve cloud, analytics, and engineering departments and report to our Director of Developer Advocacy in an all-remote team of advocates and community specialists.
You will be joining a developer advocacy & community team of 13 to provide insights into our community and demonstrate the impact of developer advocacy. We work in the R&D part of the organization, alongside product managers and engineers. The aim of the role is to help users build cool stuff.
If working at the intersection of analytics, open source, and developer advocacy is something you’re excited about, we’d love to hear from you.
