We provide our customers with an innovative data platform to measure and reduce their employee absence rates and are passionate about improving peoples health. Since our founding in 2021, our team has grown continuously, and we have big plans ahead. As we expand our impact, we’re in search of a Senior Data Analyst to champion our mission.
Tasks
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive our customers strategies.
- Work closely with the product development and our Business team to create data-driven solutions that enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
- Support A/B testing and other statistical analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Drive our Data Aquisition Strategy to gain more insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Possibility to shape our Data Analytics Team from the ground up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of Experience in a role as a Data Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus.
