Key Responsibilities

OPPORTUNITY:

Join our dynamic team in Cleveland, Ohio, Chicago, Illinois, or Columbus, Ohio, where we’re actively seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be adept at leveraging their expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights, driving critical business strategies and enhancing performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with programming (XML, Javascript, Python and ETL frameworks).
  • Datawarehouse techniques and development of such tools and applications is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading analytical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive data analysis and valuation models to support business decisions.
  • Perform data mining using state-of-the-art methods and predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Present data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understand and execute data warehousing.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
