Description:

Role Introduction:
Are you a seasoned data analyst passionate about transforming organisations with data-driven insights? Join us as a Senior Data Analyst and become a key player in revolutionising our People function.
You will lead our analytics initiatives, driving strategic decisions with actionable insights. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll shape our data strategy, build real-time dashboards, and create compelling visualisations that empower our leaders.
Hybrid role based in Birmingham Mailbox office (3 days per week in-office).

What You Will Do:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Anaplan, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes, KPIs, and databases.
  • Proven track record in data analysis and driving best practices independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in GDPR data privacy and compliance is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with HR/People data is advantageous.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
