- Demonstrated experience in analytics and reporting
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, provide insights and recommend commercial solutions
- Experience across cloud service providers Data Brick/Azure
- Deep understanding of the analytical, reporting and evaluation applications (PBI, SQL, Python desired)
- Strong interpersonal and partnering skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working in a large organisatio
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for the design and build of trusted semantic models and reports that enable the business to make data driven decisions.
You’ll have the opportunity to partner with our Supply Chain, Sales, CRM and Marketing business units including our data engineering team to define data requirements for model creation and enhancement.
The role will have a key impact on visibility of key metrics, semantic model build, visualisation, ongoing generation and communication of key insights and, more generally, developing a trusted, accurate, data-driven culture.
Based out of our Clayton office with flexible working options, this is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and enhance existing semantic models and reporting
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations for report and insight improvement, from a functionality, visualisation and self-serve perspective
- End to end insights solution from business requirements to end visualisation
- Identify stakeholder requirements and develop a strategic and tactical delivery plan
- Apply best practice principles for development and deployment
