Responsibilities:
- Requirement Synthesis: Collate requirements from both internal and external partners aiming at the improvement of existing services
- Service Improvement: Recommend changes to services based on user-community input and hands-on experience in production
- Service Improvement: Undertake research on new tools to propose future enhancements to the Logging service, including ‘make or buy’ recommendations
- System Health Monitoring: Oversee system’s health using monitoring tools, performing event detection, corrective action execution, event-related incident registration, and critical event escalation
- Incident Management: Handle incoming incidents, including prioritizing, investigating, and resolving using runbooks, escalating those that cannot be resolved internally, notifying stakeholders of severe incidents and conducting root cause analysis for severe issues
