This position is part of the Data, Analytics & AI organization reporting to the department head located in Copenhagen/Brønshøj Denmark and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
As a Manager for the Data team, you will have overall responsibility for designing and implementing data solutions as part of our ERP digitalization project. You will lead a team of data professionals in ensuring the quality, accuracy, consistency, and security of our data, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data governance policies and master data management practices are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data professionals in designing and implementing data solutions as part of our ERP digitalization project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data solutions are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation to support the data governance and master data management practices.
  • Ensure data solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Develop and maintain data integration and migration strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data governance and data compliance best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to other teams on data governance and data compliance best practices.
  • Have overall responsibility for the Power BI platform, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently, and that the lifecycle of current BI solutions is managed effectively.

Essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Strong experience with data governance policies and master data management practices.
  • Strong experience with data modeling and data management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading a team of data professionals.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as Azure or AWS.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP).
