The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client. To do this, it uses an internally produced web application designed to identify cyber threats and avert attacks in a proactive manner and enable collaboration among the teams. This tool is being developed into an agile DevOps model.
As Data Quality Specialist, you will be part of the team ensures data feeds quality and accuracy, in the Identity & Access space (eg: Access Recertification, Request & Approval, Privileged Access Management platforms, Segregation of Duties (pre)checks).

SKILLS

Must have
Very good background with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Very good IAM knowledge and relevant IAM experience on processes and tools, particularly around Access Management and Authorization & Authentication
Experience with IT Governance and IT Service Management.
Relevant SQL knowledge / ETL background;
Basics of Database (mainly Oracle) and Active Directory admin
Experience with at least one of analytics, data quality or reporting, and basic understanding of each of them
Experience working with big volumes of data.
Basic Cloud concepts, particularly valued Google Cloud and MS Azure Cloud.
Basic knowledge on Governance and IT Service Management and willingness to work with industry best practices, frameworks, standards like COBIT5, ITIL, ISO27001.
Nice to have
Relevant certifications: ISO 27001, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT5, PMP or similar.
Experience with Risk & Control or IT Delivery Management, IT Project Management related topics
Database administration skills/experience
Privileged access management processes and tools (eg: cyberark, powerbroker).
Scripting (phyton, VBA, unix shell script, power shell, etc).
Unix basic concepts
Experience with tools: ServiceNow, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira
Experience with IT Audit
Experience with Banking/Financial area (ideally including regulatory requirements).
Experience in global teams and multicultural environments
Academic degree or comparable qualification, preferable in Information Technology / Information Security or another technical related area

Data feeds monitoring for Access Recertification platforms, follow up with the relevant stakeholders for remediation of issue identified
End to end completion of Feed Completion and Correctness process
Cross checks and data validation among platforms in Identity & Access domain
Prepare periodic data quality reports.
Monitor and timely manage emails, tickets (ServiceNow)
Update & maintain Data Quality documentation (eg: KBs, mydb articles, KOPs, training materials)
Support ad-hoc reports and audit related activities
Monitor and test implementation of relevant functionalities in to the new IAM platform
Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our processes and tools
Proactively seek ways to improve upon existing practices and processes. Display insight and ability in identifying issues and develop successful solutions
