Description:

Realtime are partnering with an industry leading Organisation, hiring for a highly skilled Senior Data Quality Analyst to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data governance, data management, data policy, data lineage, data modeling, risk and control frameworks, and extensive knowledge of GDPR compliance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to govern the lifecycle of data assets, including data quality, data lineage, and metadata management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and remediate data quality issues across various systems and platforms.
Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sets.
Design and implement data quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and track data quality performance.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on data quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
Participate in the development and implementation of data management strategies, including data modeling and data integration.
Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and other data protection laws by implementing appropriate data governance controls and processes.
Evaluate and enhance risk and control frameworks related to data management and data quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data quality analysis or related roles within the financial or insurance industry.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, data management practices, and data quality concepts.
Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools
Experience with risk and control frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify root causes of data quality issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering data quality improvement initiatives and driving change within organizations
