Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join the team in Dublin.

THE ROLE

  • Composes outputs in the best way for the clients to digest them.
  • Delivers all metrics & analysis in accordance with established timelines and/or contractual requirements.
  • Support creation of dashboards and metrics.
  • Provide Metrics SME level support and training as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all level of the business (internally and externally).
  • Provide data analysis support to the feasibility team on all aspects of Investigator/site feasibility and patient recruitment planning data
  • Support to management team in terms of monthly metrics reporting and specific analysis projects as requested
  • Ensuring the integrity of our data to create reports and dashboards for management teams, the generation of communication templates and feasibility surveys.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE:

  • Demonstrates analytical skills and understanding of the data, and its sources.
  • Validates the quality of the data before engaging in analysis.
  • Quality check of own work.
  • Experience in business data analysis, Pharma/CRO industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate passion for solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches to generate insights from data.
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.
