Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Advanced skills in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis tools.
- Proven ability to work with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist (F/M/D) to lead data-driven initiatives and projects that will enhance our CELUS platform. You will be responsible for leveraging your advanced analytics skills to provide insights, develop predictive models, and translate complex data into actionable strategies and solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and execute data science projects from concept to deployment.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions.
- Mentor and support junior data scientists and data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to apply best practices and novel techniques.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate data science solutions into the CELUS platform.
