Description:
For our location in Glinde we are looking for a
Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models to improve product performance, focusing on the use of time-series sensor data and other complex IIoT datasets.
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing and R&D to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, from exploratory data analysis to the deployment of operational systems.
- Utilize the Python data science stack (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) to build and optimize models, ensuring they are both scientifically rigorous and highly practical.
- Drive the end-to-end process of model development, validation, and implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable and effectively integrated within our existing systems.
- Design intuitive dashboards that allow non-technical stakeholders to perform self-service analytics, fostering data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Demonstrate initiative in learning new techniques and methodologies that can benefit the team and broader company objectives.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within the company.
