YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Have a BSc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
  • Have at least 7 years of previous work experience in position responsible for Marketing or Marketing Communications (specialist or manager) preferably in multinational company environment, focusing on B2B channels.
  • Demonstrable achievements in project (e.g. incentive programs, dealer co-activities) management and successful delivery.
  • A creative marketing mind understanding and building on target group insights.
  • Understand business model, professional target groups’ role in consumer journey and sales.
  • Familiar with B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Are strong in concept creation, external vendor collaboration and process management.
  • Have the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional and cross-country team work. Ability to connect across cultures, countries.
  • Have a structured mindset and can work independently with owned tasks as well as collaborate on shared projects.
  • Are result and sales oriented, have commercial thinking.
  • Manage changes, problems and processes effectively.
  • Have great interpersonal communication and presentation skills, cooperative and team player.
  • Strong MS office and SharePoint skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in the use of English language (both written & verbal).

Previous experience working with multiple countries, building materials, builders’ merchants communication tasks and sales processes is considered as advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute activities that make dealers connect emotionally and rationally with our brand and category.
  • Collect target group insights and build actions on them.
  • Contribute to the product knowledge and sales skills development of dealer shop assistants.
  • Design, develop and implement dealer incentive programs.
  • Produce marketing copy for our website and develop content for dealers.
  • Promote our products and services via materials, presentations and other marketing communications that make dealers ambassadors of our category and brand.
  • Coordinate the design of communication materials, sales tools targeting dealers and distribute in online and offline channels.
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
  • Care for supporting dealers how to communicate about VELUX offer in their communication channels via principles, content, design.
  • Lead the creation of showrooms for both VELUX and for dealer shops with focus on the best consumer experience in the customer journey.
  • Participate in the establishment of lead management via dealers.
  • Increase loyalty index of dealers.
  • Identify and develop new services via dealers
