Apply Digital is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who has a passion for all things digital - strategy, products, platforms and experiences. They can build strong, trusted relationships with our clients and are not afraid to speak with various client stakeholders. Apply Digital believes that the diversity of ideas leads to the best solutions; we need someone who is collaborative by nature, both externally and internally.
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you are a champion for the Delivery Team and Agile best practices but are flexible, and can adjust your processes to fit your team and clients’ needs. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and acting as a Scrum Master. You can manage budgets, timelines and client expectations with ease. You are a consultant, a problem solver, and a “big picture” thinker while digging into the details. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven and able to handle multiple fast-paced projects while managing multiple teams and communicating with leadership. Above all, you are accountable to your team, to yourself, and to the delivery of excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in delivery management or project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Client-facing experience within a consulting, client service, or agency-type organization is required.
  • Experience with enterprise-level accounts working with either: digital strategy, commerce, platforms or digital experience solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams toward achieving project goals and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Strong consulting expertise, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations with stakeholders, prioritize project objectives, and drive decision-making to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Notion, and Google Sheets, with the ability to maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Ability to effectively manage program roadmaps, and budgets, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues, while maintaining a client-centric approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion projects from initiation to completion, aligning with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources for high-impact project execution.
  • Serve as a consultant to navigate challenging conversations with stakeholders, prioritize project objectives, and drive decision-making to achieve successful project outcomes, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize strong consulting expertise to strategically lead crucial conversations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Led cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Strategy, Product, UX, UI, Tech, QA, and Data, fostering a one-team mindset and actively monitoring and reporting team morale.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of project delivery, including resourcing, creating project plans, managing roadmaps, controlling scope and deliverables, managing budgets, and raising change requests when needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact within your teams, client partners, and all stakeholders required, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Execute scrum and project management routines to ensure timely delivery and proactive management of project risks and issues leveraging tools such as JIRA, Notion, and Google Sheets
  • Foster a client-centric approach to project delivery, ensuring teams and clients adopt agile practices where applicable while respecting client constraints.
  • Actively contribute to shaping the Project Management discipline at Apply Digital, continuously improving project delivery processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
