Responsibilities:

The role holder will drive forward and deliver outcome-focused enterprise systems change across the organisation. The Senior Delivery Manager will lead on the delivery of roadmap items involving cross functional projects. Although reporting into the technology team, they will work closely with a range of other teams like supply chain, finance, digital, product etc. to shape and manage the backlog of change. They will work closely with internal resource, architects and developers to ensure business requirements are understood, resources are committed to delivery and projects are kept on track.
The Senior Delivery Manager will work across the whole portfolio of backend systems including but not limited to ERP, PoS and OMS. They must be confident and assertive where required and work pro-actively to resolve blockers or impediments to delivery, including through escalation where required.
