Job description
The Global Delivery Department aims to develop and manage projects structured into Competence Centres, Service Centres and Workpackages. It is one of MCA’s key cards for developing priority business sectors such as DATA / IT, ENERGY, LIFE SCIENCE, MOBILITY and AEROSPACE / DEFENCE with a very strong progression in 2020, including 50% growth in the European subsidiaries.
Are you looking for a position that combines business and technical skills ?

Reporting to the Global Delivery Director, and working in direct collaboration with the Operational Directors of the Agencies and Subsidiaries, you will be involved in all phases of the project, from presales to the management of deliverables through four main missions :

• Establish the business plan and support the sales teams in selling and prospecting for strategic clients for structured projects
• Qualify technical needs and respond to calls for tender (Consultations and Referencing)
• Manage projects by adapting to the environment and customer needs; from setting up teams and developing skills to commitments to results
• Leading and developing MCA’s network of referents and technical experts

Skills and expertise

• Master’s degree
• You have a minimum of 3-4 years experiences with business strong management background, workpackage, pre-sales experience.
• True entrepreneurial skills: Business Development | Leadership | Coaching | Negotiation | People Management skills
