Description:

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience in AdTech, ideally with a proven track in positions dealing with account management for the demand side of the business.
  • Existing international networks in the Ad-Tech, mobile or gaming space is a plus.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop and execute account plans and build relationships (both internally and externally with clients).
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization with complete composure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

At Gravite, we are looking for a customer oriented and driven Senior Demand Account Manager (f/m/x) to join our team of mobile enthusiasts in the beautiful city of Hamburg.
We are a leading provider of mobile programmatic advertising services for major app publishers, offering cutting-edge technology solutions to numerous global companies to optimize their revenue models. With billions of ad requests every month, our mission is to generate maximum advertising revenue for our clients.
Our tightly-knit international team of 42 developers, key account managers, marketers, and business development managers share a common passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
You will be joining a dynamic and communicative team with a truly international, and multicultural atmosphere that is constantly growing.
This is a great opportunity for you to help us manage the relationships with a book of demand-side platforms (DSP) partners, focusing on evangelizing Gravite products and building relationships among DSP supply partnership and media teams.

You will also have the challenge to demonstrate your ability to think strategically, build and grow advocacy, identify business opportunities and navigate conversations with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • You will help define and build the demand account management process, maintaining, documenting and implementing workflows as needed.
  • You will be responsible for creating a systematic, process-driven approach to outreach and managing the relationships with the demand side, providing them with an outstanding level of service that allows them to live the Gravite customer-centric service experience.
  • You will work closely with team leads and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing demand side partnerships relationships.
  • You will be representing our brand and becoming our partners’ liaison internally.
  • You will maintain a great ongoing relationship with our current and future partners, providing them with solutions and opportunities to sustain the success of the partnerships created.
  • You will optimize as needed several topics within the programmatic context.
  • You will identify, understand and escalate technical incidents internally, so that they can be solved and troubleshoot accordingly.
