What You’ll Do::
As the Senior Design Manager, you will take lead on the content design and generation to help Arizona College of Nursing tell our story visually. Leveraging your graphic design skills, you will create print, digital, and multimedia content and take point on group design efforts. You will work closely with the Brand team to execute on the vision.

Essential responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the graphic design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Create and design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to, logos, brochures, posters, infographics, packaging, social media content, and website elements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to execute design appropriately
• Maintain a digital asset management system to organize and archive all design files, ensuring easy access for future use.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and designers to ensure seamless execution of projects when required.
