Job Description
Zendesk is currently in search of a dynamic and curious Senior Design Program Manager to be part of our growing Talent and Organizational Development team in the Philippines. In this role, you will work closely with T&OD leadership and seasoned Talent Consultants to comprehend global business requirements related to talent and develop inventive solutions.

As a Senior Design Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead the design and creation of innovative talent development programs, applying proven instructional design methodologies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of program materials.
  • Innovate and iterate on program design to meet the evolving needs of the business and our employees.
  • Oversee the execution of talent programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using robust metrics, delivering insights and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Provide expert risk management strategies, identifying potential obstacles and proposing preventative measures or solutions.
  • Guide the establishment and evolution of metrics and evaluation procedures to measure and optimize operational efficiency at scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies, ensuring consistent execution across different levels of the organization.
  • Offer strategic insights on how to effectively use technology to support growth and optimize productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Significant professional experience in designing and managing scalable learning and development programs in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a senior program management role, including stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver within budget and timelines.
  • Experience in a consulting or advisory role, ideally within a similarly-sized organization.
  • Familiarity with project management, along with a strong proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, project management tools, and analytics software, is also required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
