This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Desktop Administrator to work with a highly motivated team to provide systems support, service delivery on a special upgrade project.
You will be experienced in end to end delivery of Enterprise desktop SOE. You will configure, unit test, administer and provision devices. You will also maintain software, configure policies, and troubleshoot issues. This is a 24 month Fixed Term opportunity to work on a critical project.
Your background

Importantly, you will be a Senior Desktop Administrator, one who values a supportive, collaborative and progressive team culture. To be successful you will be highly proficient with ability to complete the following key competencies -

  • Build, Maintain and support Desktop SOE and Applications using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Experience in maintaining Desktop security solutions, Sophos and Window ATP.
  • Experience in deploying ASD security guidelines and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Assist with the collection, reporting and interpretation of performance monitoring data, and related activities.
  • Provide high level technical support for the effective implementation of end user platforms throughout the Bank.
  • Undertake problem diagnoses, correction and escalated support of EUS application and End-User platform services.
  • Ensure compliance to corporate change control, security procedures and methodologies.
  • Produce system documentation that complies with all relevant IT Standards.
