This State Government Organisation is currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Team on a 6-month contract.

YOUR NEW ROLE

In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring the managing and optimal functioning of laptops/desktop systems and Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) setups in the Office. This position involves providing first and second level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience for both desktop and AVL environments.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktop systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Collaborate with first-level support technicians to streamline issue resolution processes.
• Responding to escalated desktop support tickets, addressing complex hardware and software issues.
• Build and deploy devises and asset management.
• Provide technical assistance for AVL equipment, including audio systems, video conferencing tools, and lighting setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AVL configurations for training, meetings, and presentations.
• Update detailed documentation on desktop configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and AVL setups.
