Description:
- Senior Java Developer
- 8 months contract
- Auckland or Wellington Based – Hybrid working
New contract opportunity for a Senior Java Developer.
About the role:
- Write quality, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment.
- Be involved in the full software development life cycle, from feature planning and estimation, through development, to delivery, testing and support.
An ideal applicant will have the following skills:
- Experience in microservice development, using technology such as Spring Boot, Java, JSON and XML data formats. Basic UNIX commands
- Experience with the REST-based APIs design and development of APIs
- API, SOAP & SAAS Integration experience
- Knowledge Jenkins CI automation tool or another CI / CD tools
- Banking or Financial Services
