Job Description

KEY SKILLS

• JavaScript (Node, Express, React) – mandatory
• Python - desirable
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these in well-designed programs.
• Good skills in time and resource management.
• Familiarity with cloud native development (AWS preferred - e.g. ECS, Lambda)
• Experience with Snowflake and/or Spark is a bonus
• Others: DevOps - Jenkins, Terraform

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years in software development coupled with tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related discipline.
• Backend development experience is essential, together with a desire to expand frontend and devops skills.
