ERS is looking for an experienced developer to become part of our product development team. The preferred candidate should have a broad experience in software development and be comfortable working in a complex, fast paced yet rewarding working environment. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop Microsoft .Net/Angular based web/windows applications
• Working within an Agile team to ensure that all key technical requirements are identified, estimated, designed, implemented and tested.
• Write high quality, maintainable code using best industry standards.
• Deliver software that is scalable and secure to meet our varied client base needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems relating to live software applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other team members to quickly resolve issues.
• An ability to analyze requirements and recommend technically feasible solutions.
• Collaborate with software development teams to deliver product improvements.
• Manage and lead the release process of software updates.
• Develop skills in new technologies.
• Using a strong knowledge of coding concepts and standards, conduct detailed code reviews with team members.

Position Requirements:

• BSc. or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years software development / engineering related experience.
• Proven experience in a Software Development Management with the ability to lead the development cycle multiple times.
• Expert in one or more of the following code bases (C#, .NET frameworks, MVC, Angular).
• Proficiency in databases including writing stored procedures, queries and triggers. Experience in MS SQL and SSRS is desirable.
• Good in any of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, XML, CSS, LESS, SCSS.
• Experienced in GIT and Devops.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conscientious, self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
• A problem solver.
• Desire to learn, improve and progress on your career path.
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions and assumes major design or analysis responsibility.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
