QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum three to five years of successful principal and major gifts experience.
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Other: Demonstrable knowledge of the principals and best practices associated with major gift fundraising. Possesses strong analytical skills. Strategic approach to problem-solving. Personable presence, demeanor and the desire to work face-to-face with the external community, including volunteers and donor prospects. Outstanding commitment to customer service.
