We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Consultant (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD technologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a client-facing role. Additional knowledge in Python development and AWS/Azure data-specific services is highly desirable.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps Technologies
- Strong proficiency in Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD technologies
- Experience with GitHub Actions, AWS/Azure Native CI/CD services, and other relevant tools
- Proficiency in Python development is a plus
- Experience in client-facing roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure Data Engineering-specific services is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for AWS/Azure environments
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS/Azure Native CI/CD services, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable DevOps solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing DevOps processes and tools
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies
