We’re looking for an authentic, collaborative, accountable and talented Senior DevOps Developer to join the Arcurve team.

THE GOAL

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Developer to help us build functional systems that improve our client projects and contribute to the growth of our DevOps team. Senior DevOps Developer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Senior DevOps Developer or similar Senior Software Developer role
• Working knowledge of the following technologies: Azure, AWS, DevOps platforms (ADO, Github, etc), MLOps, Docker, IaC (CloudFormation, Bicep, Terraform), scripting languages (Python, *nix shells, PowerShell, etc..), Databricks
• Practical implementation and understanding of secrets management, logging, monitoring and best practices
• Corporate cloud setup, configuration and policies (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID, AWS Organizations)
• Implement, document and practice disaster recovery
• Fast learner with collaborative team skills
• Proven experience through certifications, personal projects, etc.

• Work collaboratively with development teams on solution architecture
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary client services team and manage your time across multiple projects in a results-driven environment
• React to shifting priorities productively with a client-services focus
• Integrate CI/CD with software projects and solutions
• Apply best practices for both solution architecture and CI/CD
• Perform root cause analysis for infrastructure issues
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Author technical (i.e. technical architecture) and non-technical (i.e. training/best practices manuals) documentation
• Design systems that are compliant with standard regulatory frameworks
• Implement network security in cloud, on-premise and hybrid systems
• Mentor DevOps best practices, techniques, and tooling
