SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER

Within a leading technology company, as a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will lead efforts to enhance reliability, security, and performance, driving continuous improvement across development and operations teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in DevOps or related roles, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator) is a plus.

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises servers.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, ensuring fast and reliable releases.
• Lead initiatives to enhance security, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance with industry standards.
• Establish and optimize monitoring and alerting systems to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Implement infrastructure as code practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Drive adoption of best practices in DevOps, including version control, configuration management, and automation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our infrastructure and processes.
