Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or comparable area of study.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer or similar role
- Administration of cloud-based applications (preferably AWS) and Linux-based systems.
- Expertise in one or more infrastructure-as-code solution (e.g. Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Experience with maintaining Docker-based applications with a preference towards Kubernetes experience.
- Experience with Amazon S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation, SageMaker, EC2, ECS, EKS and/or OpenSeach
- Prior experience working with AI-based products and/or Machine Learning teams a major plus.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with React.js and Node.js (nice-to-have)
- Experience with writing Lambda Function backend using Python or NodeJs.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM, Webpack, etc

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable software architectures for diverse user demographics and connectivity scenarios.
- Architect a next-gen platform infrastructure emphasizing automation, security, scalability, observability, and cost-efficiency.
- Enhance software development lifecycle tools, including CI/CD pipelines and environment setups, to accelerate application delivery.
- Manage and optimize a variety of systems, including Linux VMs and AWS services, and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Drive DevOps best practices in the Engineering team, ensuring compliance with standards like SOC-2 and PCI, and automating development processes.
- Support software enhancements by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring robust security measures, and keeping updated with cloud and programming advancements.
