We seek a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in
optimising our software delivery lifecycle using GCP. You will leverage your DevOps
methodologies and GCP technologies expertise in this critical position to design, build, and
manage our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with developers and operations to
automate processes and ensure high-performing, secure applications in the cloud.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role focusing on GCP.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies (Agile, CI/CD).
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or other GCP-compatible tools.
• Expertise in core GCP services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, and GKE.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration with GKE.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with GCP security best practices and IAM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Design, develop, and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or
• other GCP-specific tools.
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using Cloud Build or other GCP-managed CI/CD services.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
• Configure and manage containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Implement and monitor GCP security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues within the GCP environment.
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams to define and improve DevOps processes for GCP deployments.Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP features and services.
