The Senior DevOps Engineer role sits within the Information Office, whose focus is the enablement and availability of technologies for the business and its customers. Within this division the role sits in the Banking and Engineering business unit which is responsible for delivery and support of the banks digital and payment systems.

The critical nature of their roles requires them to participate in a 24x7 on call roster.
You are enthusiastic and strive to deliver change in a dynamic environment. You are great at communicating, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences. You are a leader with strong interpersonal and team building skills, along with well developed negotiation skills and vendor management skills. You are balanced between business and technical focus with an eye for continual systems and process improvements. You’re able to plan, lead and control system solutions, development, change management and releases. You are a strategic thinker capable of contributing valuably to planning sessions and activities. You work after hours for releases and as part of a 24x7 on-call roster including acting as an escalation point. You are passionate about all forms of technology with a focus on automation and driving system improvements and stability.
