Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to support our existing team at our Munich location or Germany-wide in a home office.

• Ensure smooth operation of our internal application systems (ERP, B2B-Shop, Gitlab, etc.)
• Support our software development team in maintaining and expanding our CI/CD pipelines and rolling out new systems
• Develop new monitoring solutions to identify and fix critical issues at an early stage
• Increase the level of automation of our internal business and IT processes together with our software developers
• Develop documented and tested maintenance and recovery processes
• Support our CTO in the further development of content and processes in the area of IT compliance

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, software development, information science or a comparable field. Relevant education is equally welcome at our company!
• At least 5 years of professional experience with Linux, container technologies (e.g. Docker), configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible), Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform), and/or cloud environments (e.g. AWS)
• Preferably you already have been working with IT Governance or IT topics
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or high-level language, such as Bash and/or Python
• Analytical, structured and independent way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are an advantage
