YOUR TASKS

The CoE HR Digital, Analytics & Transformation at Beiersdorf AG is responsible for running, optimizing, transforming and innovating HR. We are looking for an HR Digital / HR IT expert to join our team in the continuous development of digital landscape specifically in the area of HR Learning, Compensation and Global Mobility.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptualize further development of our digital landscape to support our business processes
  • Assess the compatibility and integration of products and services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
  • Review our system architecture and communicates technical debts including potential for mitigation and automation
  • Act as project lead for various initiatives, such as new modules and software or international rollouts
  • Liaison and work together with our internal IT department, headquarter and international HR departments
  • Requirements engineering, test management, application life cycle management, governance design and execution mainly in the area of Learning and Compensation life cycle, planning and execution.
  • Adhere to quality gate, compliance and Audit requirements in designing process and system functionalities.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to define and implement requirements
  • Working with software, such as SAP-SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Aconso, Microsoft 365 and more.
  • Special focus on Compensation, Learning and Global Mobility processes.
  • Conduct IT market research, provide proposals and prototypes, support and consult internal stakeholders
