Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our inbound marketing engine with the primary goal of driving our ‘top of the funnel’ activities. This involves taking full ownership of all aspects of content marketing, both organic and paid search (SEO, SEM), paid advertising (PPC, PPL), social media marketing, conversion rate optimization, email marketing, and website management—truly a full-stack role! The ideal candidate is action-oriented and passionate about leveraging data and experimentation to generate high-quality inbound leads, specifically for AI products. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in our organization.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Create, run, and track campaigns across various digital marketing channels, including organic and paid search (SEO, SEM), paid advertising (PPC, PPL), social media, and email marketing, to fill the sales funnel with qualified leads.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the needs and interests of our target audience.
  • Manage high-quality content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, and more to attract and engage prospects.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine visibility (SEO) and drive organic traffic.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and enhance results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and support sales enablement efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work with the brand team on messaging and branding to stand out in the crowded project management marketplace.
  • Develop tracking mechanisms to report on progress and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
