Description:

We are working with a fast-paced fashion retailer looking to appoint a new Senior Digital Marketing Manager with online retail experience to join their dedicated team. You will run campaigns across multiple geographies and across key digital marketing channels driving sales for ecommerce and retail stores.

key responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute the digital marketing strategy guided by the ecommerce director to drive traffic to physical and global online stores and deliver revenue through customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimise the key digital channels (Paid Social, PPC, SEO, Display and Affiliates) across ad platforms (eg Facebook, TikTok, Google, Awin)
  • Work closely with external agencies to deliver high performance digital marketing campaigns. Manage and mentor a digital marketing executive
  • Liaise with marketing, retail and creative teams to drive brand awareness
  • Track and analyse e-commerce performance, using data to inform decisions for optimization and improvement. Monitor and review agency achievements against agreed KPIs
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and channels for growth

skills and experience:

  • Must have extensive online marketing experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business
