We are now looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager – AO App to join our AO Digital team on a 10-month maternity leave contract.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy - AO, in this role you will develop an AO App that consumers love. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out an AO App product that consistently delivers outcomes aligned to the company’s vision and business objectives. You will pair product strategy with a detailed understanding of the end user and their experience to identify and fill product gaps as well as generating new ideas which drive growth, improve the customer experience and establish a strong foundation for future product growth.
In this role, you will:
- Create and deliver features and functionality that iteratively improve AO digital properties in line with long term roadmap.
- Manage the AO App digital delivery squad using Agile development practices to create a high performing team and product.
- Track the performance of digital properties to ensure the delivery of key metrics.
- Drive product launches and go to market strategy including working with marketing, customer experiences and other digital and technology teams.
- Nurture stakeholder relationships through collaboration and creating a joint vision.
About you
What you will bring to the role:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital product management.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering products through all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Demonstrable history of increasing business outcomes via digital products.
- Experience working on digital products in the large-scale consumer space, especially sport or media preferred.
- A strong understanding of agile development practices
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
