Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

SDI’s Digital, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking (CB-CIB) organization is looking for a dynamic Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Digital Onboarding and Servicing team. As a product management group responsible for the onboarding and servicing digital experiences for all Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking clients, we will make immediate and long-lasting impacts to support our clients and their journey throughout their lifecycle with Wells Fargo. We are seeking to transform our business model to meet evolving client needs and establish a world class digital brand that supports the entire onboarding and servicing lifecycle for our commercial and corporate clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze customer experience and product management aspects of Digital Onboarding that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Partner with technology on delivery and execution of products
  • Bring the product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle
