- Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of partners in different functional roles - line of business product, legal/risk/compliance reviewers, development team, production support.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager for the broadcast messaging team within the SDI Digital Platforms organization. This team sends important service communications to Wells Fargo retail clients.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of complex activities which lead to the frequent delivery of digital messages to WF clients, while working independently and as part of a team.
- Perform message content and target file preparation, working against various intraday and weekly deadlines.
- Ensure process controls are met and risk is minimized.
- Engage in wide ranging activities, potentially including aspects of all roles found on a typical scrum team - product owner, business analyst, content writer, developer, QA, project manager.
- Contribute to planning the message delivery schedule and daily tasks.
- Monitor, share, and sometimes investigate and evaluate post-communications results.
- Ensure appropriate artifacts are gathered and archived.
- Be an active risk manager. Independently identify issues and work towards resolving them.
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
