Seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to create a clear and compelling vision that will be used to lead scrum teams and align stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Our Senior Digital Product Owner is responsible for the delivery of digital initiatives across a range of public and secure websites and mobile apps for our clients. This role will lead a portfolio of initiatives that develop new and enhance existing experiences across a range of brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Digital Delivery to identify, assess and prioritise digital initiatives that solve pain points, modernise and differentiate the online experience, and create inspiring customer journeys that drive conversion and retention
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Experience Designers to shape up new ideas into online experiences that target improved performance and align with the business strategy
- Define and prioritise digital stories, prioritise the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities aligned to business strategy and regulatory and compliance programs
- Leverage data analytics, understanding of customer needs/trends, assessment of current online experiences, and competitive insights to identify opportunities that maximise customer, adviser and employer engagement and lifetime value
- Monitor health status, scope, resource, schedule, risk, issues, dependencies
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSESS:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, IT, Analytics, Project Management, Business or a relevant field
- Extensive experience in digital and/or marketing with strong project management experience
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, with high exposure to regulatory requirements such as publishing of timely and accurate product disclosure information
- Exposure to working with a range of analytical tools and software such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Project Management tools
- Project management experience combined with strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications, with a keen eye for thorough detail
