Circle K is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Digital Sales Performance Specialist to join our Global B2B Performance and Analytics team. In this exciting role, you will own the monitoring and reporting of our digital sales pipeline from end-to-end, tracking potential customer behavior, converting leads, and nurturing customers.
You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, driving our digital, customer-centric ambitions forward. As part of the Global Performance and Analytics team, your insights will be crucial in optimizing our business and supporting our growth. WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in the mobility or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing sales funnels and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and techniques for monitoring web performance and customer journey metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in, Data, IT, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools: MS Office, Salesforce, Google products, PowerBi, Azure.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze web performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and sales processes.
  • Report performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales engagement and enhance value propositions across B2B channels.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather customer feedback and insights, informing strategies for digital initiatives and sales content.
  • Provide detailed reports and dashboards on digital initiative performance and sales content effectiveness to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business units, commercial, marketing, and training teams to share insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Support the development of comprehensive programs that streamline the sales experience across key sales-enabling platforms and touchpoints.
  • Enhance media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions within the B2B segment through data insights.
