REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 8 – 10 years’ experience in a sales / business development with 5 years of supply chain knowledge
  • Strong customer networking and solid internal and external relationship skills
  • Exemplary communication skills, consultative selling and ability to work in a matrix organisation
  • English fluency & good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and support execution of the Consumer strategy and associated projects in the APAC Region
  • Lead the sales growth agenda for Consumer sector across all APAC Business Units
  • Lead and coordinate the sales activities of the APAC Consumer sector and drive the alignment and coordination of the Consumer sector community
  • Keep abreast of market trends and future developments and bring them into the organization, to ensure a position of consumer leadership for the APAC region internally and externally
  • Participate in the management and planning of Global Consumer Solutions initiatives, to include network capabilities, vehicles and other equipment, labour, systems etc
  • Development of new Consumer products, and action plans for deployment in conjunction with other Regions offering digital interaction for our customers
  • Develop in-depth relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Supports all pursuits of new business opportunities in the APAC
  • Develop negotiation strategies with senior business leaders; demonstrate strong persuasion skills when articulating commercial value to clients
  • Build and develop network with colleagues across the business; successfully influences internal stakeholders to gain required support/ resources to deliver against agreed customer commitments
