REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years experience and record of success in non-profit fundraising, preferably in the field of conflict prevention, international affairs or human rights
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in fundraising and business development. Established track record of success in securing large grants and understanding of institutional and private donor markets and current giving trends
  • Strategic and visionary thinker, able to find resourceful solutions to obstacles
  • Strong executer in implementing new cross-department processes
