SENIOR DIRECTOR FOR GLOBAL COMMUNICATION & BRANDING

As our new Senior Director for Global Communication & Branding, you will be responsible for shaping global narratives, steward a powerful brand, and lead a creative team in a role that puts you at the heart of our strategic vision. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We are seeking a candidate who embodies the spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Your ability to collaborate effectively across departments is crucial, and you should have a deep understanding and respect for cultural differences and diversity.
Leadership and mentorship are also key competencies. You should have experience in leading communication teams, providing guidance, and creating opportunities for professional development.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience from a corporate setting, ideally from a listed company in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in formulating and applying communication tactics, converting extended goals into immediate and mid-range operational benchmarks.
  • Well-versed in developing engaging content for internal and external platforms, including SoMe and internal communication channels.
  • Capability to use data analytics tools to track and analyze communication performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, sentiment and impact, and use insights to refine communication strategies and tactics.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee global internal and external communication and branding, leading a team of currently eight people. As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for co-developing and implementing Lundbeck’s corporate communication strategy and innovative communication plans. You will also be accountable for the efficient management of all corporate communication channels, content generation and brand management processes.
